Len Perkins has over 20 years experience of training and education.

A trained educational technologist and former teacher, Len has previously held positions as Product Development Manager for TRO Learning UK, Ltd and Divisional Director of Aviation at VEGA Group PLC.

Immediately prior to establishing Intecnica Limited in 2003, Len was actively involved in developing and marketing web-based training solutions for the petrochemical and aerospace industries.

Len has previously worked on CBT and e-Learning projects for many international airlines including Lufthansa, Malaysia Airlines and American Airlines.

Sue Taylor has over 20 years experience within the aviation training industry.

Before establishing Intecnica Limited in 2003, Sue held positions as Senior Bid Manager and Sales Manager for Thales Training and Simulation and more recently Business Development Manager for VEGA Group PLC's defence and civil aviation solutions.

In her professional career, Sue includes over 5 years software project management experience. Sue's sales and marketing activities have primarily been focused on aviation training products including JAR 66 based maintenance programs, cabin attendant and pilot training programs. Sue has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Brighton University.
